Bruce Nelson is a founding partner of Precision Retirement Group, Inc., which was established in 2000. The year 2025 marks Precision Retirement Group’s 25th year in business, with over 500 plans implemented nationwide and cost-saving benefits provided to more than 75,000 participants. Mr. Nelson has spoken nationally on solutions designed to enhance retiree health benefits and employee retention programs. He is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of all qualified client plans. In addition, Mr. Nelson has over 40 years of experience providing 403(b) and 457 plan services. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.

Ann joined Precision Retirement Group in 2016, bringing a strong background in insurance, financial services, and account management. She plays a key role in helping employers and participants access the plan information and support they need.
As PRG’s primary client service contact, Ann assists with participant enrollments, addresses plan-related questions, and ensures a seamless experience for all clients. In addition, she represents Precision Retirement Group through partnerships with multiple associations across the country, strengthening PRG’s national network and client relationships.
